    Best Pad Thai in the Bay Area. Pad Thai has always been my litmus test for how good a Thai restaurant is. I tell you, Maya Thai has the best texture, flavor, and sauce consistency and flavor. I have tried some other noodles, but their Pad Thai reigns supreme for me. Their tray of chili condiments is also the best. Their chili oil is so fragrant and the fried shallots so aromatic. The chilis and lime in fish sauce is also very good. Their service is great. Friendly and homey. Ample parking. The best Thai spot in the area, and definitely the best Pad Thai I've had yet.

    In town on business and went here based off reviews. Everything was great. Drunken noodles were tasty and spicy. Had a beer from Laos (Beer Lao dark) which was a first for me and great. What won me was I accidentally left my CC there and didn't realize it until next day. With timing being difficult between their hours and mine, I wasn't sure I was going to get it back since I couldn't get there until right at, or a little after closing time. The women who works there (I failed to get her name) said she'd wait for me after hours, and she did.

    Maya Thai Laos is my go to restaurant when I want some spicy basil fried rice. The lady who takes my order is always friendly and the food never disappoints! I started coming to the restaurant 5 years ago right before the pandemic and the quality of food HAS NOT changed. The chicken satay is always juicy and nicely seasoned, and the of course the basil fried rice is delicious. The restaurant gives the vibe of the typical family style restaurant. My mom still raves about the drunken noodles. Yes, the prices have gone up a bit but that is to be expected, keep dishing out great quality food and people will pay .

    I would give this place 10 stars if I could! The food is amazing! The customer service is top notch. My favorite items are the spicy eggplant and drunken noodles. This mean has had me in a chokehold for the past month I have ordered it once a week since I found this place! 10/10 highly recommend!
